Embarking on an adventurous wedding experience with us will be nothing short of amazing! From early planning, to sharing sweet moments, to having the most incredible day of your lives, it’s going to be epic! We are with you every step of the way and it is our pleasure to share our knowledge and expertise with you.
Our process is detailed and seamless..
{1} Fill out our contact form to get in touch with us. We will respond as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.
{2} Schedule a consult with us in person, over the phone or even over zoom.
{3} We will go over initial details and create the perfect wedding collection for you, you will sign our agreements and pay your retainer, and we will book your wedding.
{4} Once booked we will officially add your wedding to our calendar and to our Sarah Lee Welch Wedding LLC family.
{5} We will then plan and organize your engagement portraits, selecting your perfect location and incorporating your ideal activity, all for an incredible experience.
{6} We will work together over the following months planning all the wedding day details, and any other portrait plans such as Boudoir and/or Rock the Dress.
{7} One month prior to your wedding day we will have a finalize wedding call where we will touch base, finalize all day of details and pay your remaining balance.
{8} On the wedding day we are there to ensure you have a stress free, perfect, magical day. From the time we arrive to the time we leave we will attend to any and all details, shower you both with love and pampering, all while capturing every moment for future enjoyment.
{9} After the wedding day we will deliver Teaser Portraits to you within 1 week. Your full wedding love story will be delivered within 8 weeks via our downloadable digital gallery. You’ll have access to view, download, and share your wedding gallery for one full year.
{10} Once your gallery is delivered and you’ve had some time to ohh and ahh and relish over your special day we will get together to design heirloom albums, order fine art products, and view your gallery together. Also at that time we will finalize and complete any remaining plans for included portraits.
Always remember, weddings are our specialty, but we also offer many other types of portraits and we would love for you to always be a part of our Sarah Lee Welch Weddings LLC family. Wedding clients receive client 10% loyalty on all future portraits for life!
