Finding a photographer for our wedding was a little stressful at first because we didn’t realize how expensive it would be. But THANKFULLY we found Sarah Lee Welch – and SO happy we did! Sarah was absolutely the perfect photographer for us. Not only did the photos turn out AMAZING, which is always what you think of first. But Sarah was also so easy going and knew exactly where to go and when to go there. You could tell right off the bat she’s a true professional and absolutely loves her job. She caught so many great candids and looking at the photos brought us back to that day the second we started looking at them. And last but not least – she was WAY affordable compared to the other photographers we looked at. Would recommend SLW Photography 10/10 times – BOOK HER NOW!!!!

Beyond being an amazing photographer, she helped the day run smoothly and kept everyone on track. Of course, she takes beautiful pictures and we absolutely loved all our engagement and wedding pictures, but she was also a lot of fun to work with! She took a ton of pictures at our wedding, but was able to move through the family pictures quickly and efficiently. We had close to 100 family members from 4 different parents to coordinate – Sarah handled it flawlessly. Everyone was so impressed with her! There are so many great pictures from our wedding that it’s hard to narrow down my favorites! Beyond that, she was always flexible and responded promptly. Sarah helped us several times when we got into a bind with some of our other vendors backing out only a month before the wedding. She was able to recommend other vendors that might be available and in the case of our DJ, her husband was available to fill in, and he was awesome!
Side note: She was also our florist with Best Day Florals and designed gorgeous bouquets.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend Sarah for any wedding or event

Sarah is the best photographer in Colorado in my opinion. We used her not only for our wedding, but for our engagement and every picture turned out better than I could have imagined! Not to mention, our photographer backed out on us a couple days before our engagement session due to scheduling conflicts and Sarah was one of the photographers I found on Google as a replacement. My then fiance, now husband had a crazy schedule at the time so we could only do pictures when he was free. I called Sarah as soon as I found out the other one wasn’t going to work out and she was kind enough to fit us in the same day we were planning on having it done by the other photographer. She is very down to earth and personable and friendly! I won’t use anyone else when it comes to getting professional pictures taken.

Sarah is an amazingly talented photographer, great planner, and so fun to work with! Leading up to our wedding she was there for every step of the way, creating timelines, lists of must-have photos, and answering any questions we had. The day of, she arrived early to take some beautiful photos of the venue before everyone arrived and thought of things that we forgot about (she even brought a pretty hanger for dress shots which I am so thankful for). Sarah was excellent at capturing the right moments while at the same time not interfering. We loved every single picture of the HUGE gallery she provided and were so happy that Sarah was, and still is, extremely helpful choosing print products and taking color requests long after the event.We are now planning a styled shoot in the mountains with Sarah and are already so excited for another great experience and more beautiful photos!
